Touch Lamps

Table and bedside touch lamps let you switch the light on or off with a tap on the base or body, so there is no switch to find when you are already lying down. Dimmable models may also let you adjust brightness by tapping or holding the control.

  • Tap or hold: compare the tap-to-dim steps, stepless dimming or long-press behavior that each listing actually states. Not every touch lamp dims.
  • Light colour: warm light around 2700–3000 K is a general evening comparison point; neutral or cooler light can suit desk work. Check each listing’s stated temperatures rather than assuming every model offers all three.
  • Power: compare cordless rechargeable and plug-in models, including the stated runtime and charging connection for cordless lamps. Check whether USB-C is specified.

Start with the Sterling cordless touch lamp, which lists warm, neutral and cool light with hold-to-dim control. Desk-style touch lamps double as reading lights; the Touchglint touch table lamp lists USB power.

Compare bedside lamps and touch night lights, or read the bedside lamp guide for placement. For decorative lighting, browse sunset lamps and string and fairy lights.
